Learning Fractions Game
fractions are a way to describe equal parts of a whole thing. A fraction has a top number (the numerator), showing how many parts you have, and a bottom number (the denominator), showing the total number of equal parts the whole was divided into.

This game focuses on the core concept of recognizing and representing fractions from a visual shape/image. The game will challenge you to identify the fraction that matches the colored part of a shape. If you get an answer wrong, it will provide a simple, step-by-step explanation to guide you to the correct answer.

To find the fraction of a picture, count the total number of equal parts in the shape to form the denominator, and then count the number of shaded or selected parts to form the numerator, placing the numerator over the denominator to get the fraction. Scroll down the page for a more detailed explanation.
