How to learn and memorize the 3 times table?

Understand that the 3 times table is the multiplication table for the number 3 and that multiplication is repeated addition. For example:
1 x 3 = 3
2 x 3 = 3 + 3 = 6
3 x 3 = 3 + 3 + 3 = 9
Memorize the 3 times table. Start by memorizing the multiplication facts:
1 x 3 = 3
2 x 3 = 6
3 x 3 = 9
4 x 3 = 12
5 x 3 = 15
6 x 3 = 18
7 x 3 = 21
8 x 3 = 24
9 x 3 = 27
10 x 3 = 30
