Step 2: Track the Sound in Your Mouth
Say the word out loud! Pay attention to where the flat part of your tongue presses against the roof of your mouth right behind your teeth while air goes out your nose to make the /n/ sound.
Did that sound happen at the very START of the word?
Did it happen at the very END of the word?

Step 3: Solve the Mystery
Click the green START button if the /l/ sound comes first (e.g., nut, nest).
Click the yellow END button if the /l/ sound comes last (e.g., sun, pen).

Step 4: Read the Case File
