Welcome to Compare Size Worksheet/Game. This game is about comparing objects to see which one is the Biggest and which one is the Smallest. It’s a great way to practice looking at scale and size. Scroll down the page for a more detailed explanation.
How to play the Compare Size Worksheet/Game
Step 1: Start the Mission
Tap the big orange “START GAME” button on the home screen to begin.
Step 2: Listen to the Goal
The game will show you three of the same object (like three dinosaurs or three cupcakes) in different sizes. Look at the top of the screen or listen to the voice to hear your mission:
“Find the biggest one!"
“Find the smallest one!"
Step 3: Make Your Choice
Tap the white card that contains the object you think fits the description.
If you are correct: The card will glow green and the game will cheer you on!
If you are incorrect: The card will fade away so you can look at the remaining choices and try again.
Step 4: Keep Exploring
Once you find the right answer, the game will wait for 3 seconds so you can see the difference in size. Then, it will automatically give you a brand-new set of objects to compare!
Quick Tips
Look Closely: Sometimes the sizes are very different, and sometimes they are closer together. Use your eyes to compare all three cards before you tap.
Icon Variety: You’ll get to compare all sorts of things—whales, rockets, strawberries, and more!
Sound On: Make sure your volume is up so you can hear the game tell you exactly what size to look for.
