How to play

1. Read the complex sentence
   Look at the sentence frame containing two distinct clauses (one dependent, one independent).
   Identify the target relationship: Is it showing time, cause/effect, contrast, or condition?
   

2. Select the aaawwubbis conjunction
   Choose the correct subordinating conjunction from the grid of four choices:
   • Time / Sequence ➔ After, As, Before, Until, When, While
   • Cause / Reason ➔ Because, Since
   • Contrast ➔ Although
   • Condition ➔ If
   

3. Listen & check
   • Click “🔊 Listen” to hear the text-to-speech API read the complete sentence aloud.
