How to Play the Game

  1. Examine the Expression: Read the polynomial displayed in the central box (e.g., 3x2 - 5x + 2). Pay close attention to exponents and operations.
  2. Determine the Degree: Find the highest exponent on any variable term in the expression. Select the corresponding degree name from the first dropdown menu (e.g., Exponent 2 = Quadratic).
  3. Count the Terms: Count how many distinct terms are separated by addition or subtraction signs. Select the corresponding name from the second dropdown menu (e.g., 3 terms = Trinomial).
  4. Submit Your Answer: Click Check Answer to receive immediate audio and visual feedback. If incorrect, review the detailed correction box to see where the error occurred.
