How to play the Add Time, AM/PM Game
Read the Environmental Cues
The game uses visual themes to help you stay grounded in the time of day:
AM Theme (Sky Blue): Indicates morning or pre-noon.
PM Theme (Deep Indigo): Indicates afternoon, evening, or night.
The Problem Card: Shows the current time and exactly how many minutes you need to add.
Solve the “12-Hour Flip”
In this mode, you aren’t just adding minutes; you are watching for the AM/PM Shift.
Whenever the hour hits or passes 12, the period must change.
11:45 AM + 20 minutes = 12:05 PM.
11:50 PM + 15 minutes = 12:05 AM.
How to Enter Your Answer
To successfully “Verify Time,” you must complete three steps:
Hours (HR): Type the final hour into the first box.
Minutes (MIN): Type the final minutes into the second box.
The Toggle: You must click either the AM or PM button. It will turn red when selected.
Even if your numbers are right, the answer is wrong if the period is incorrect.
Scoring:
Correct: You get 25 points.

Remember the transition points to avoid common mistakes:
