2D Shapes Worksheets

In grade 1, students typically begin to learn about basic 2D shapes. These shapes are flat and have two dimensions: length and width. Here are some common 2D shapes introduced in grade 1 along with their characteristics:

  1. Circle:
    Description: A round shape with no corners or angles.
    Attributes: No straight sides, no corners.
  2. Square:
    Description: A four-sided polygon with equal sides and four right angles.
    Attributes: Four equal straight sides, four right angles.
  3. Rectangle:
