Steps to Graph a Linear Equation Using Intercepts:

- Find the x-intercept:

Set y = 0 and solve for x.

The x-intercept is the point (x, 0). - Find the y-intercept:

Set x = 0 and solve for y.

The y-intercept is the point (0, y). - Plot the intercepts: Locate the x-intercept and y-intercept on the coordinate plane.
- Draw the line: Connect the x-intercept and y-intercept with a straight line.
