How to multiply the multiples of 10, 100 or 1000?
To find the product, first we can multiply the non-zero part of the numbers and then we add on the same number of zeros as in the factors.
For example,
70 x 500 = 7 x 10 x 5 x 100 = 35000

Knowing how to multiply by multiples of 10, 100 or 1000 is useful in many situations, as it can help you quickly calculate the result of a multiplication without the need for a calculator.
