**How to calculate the powers of 10?**

To calculate powers of 10, you can write 1 followed by the number of zeros corresponding to the power.

For example:

10^{1} = 10

10^{2} = 100

10^{3} = 1,000

10^{4} = 10,000

10^{5} = 100,000
