Objective: I can change between the following: fraction, decimal and percent.

How to change from a fraction to a decimal?
Divide the numerator by the denominator.
Example: 33/100 = 0.33
How to change from a decimal to a percent?
Multiply by 100.
Example: 0.12 = 12%
