GMAT Fees

How Much Does The GMAT Cost?

The GMAT fee is U.S. $250 worldwide

Is There A Fee For Rescheduling The Test Date?

Yes. The fee for rescheduling the test or transferring to another test center is U.S. $50 worldwide if you reschedule your appointment at least seven full calendar days between the date and time you reschedule and the date and time of your original appointment.

If you reschedule within seven full calendar days of your appointment date and time, however, you will be charged the full registration amount. The rescheduling fee is subject to change without notice.

Is There A Fee For Canceling My Appointment?

If you cancel your appointment at least seven full calendar days in advance of your appointment, you will receive a partial refund of U.S. $80. If you cancel your appointment within seven full calendar days of your appointment, you will forfeit your entire registration fee. The cancellation refund is subject to change without notice.

If you paid with a credit card, your credit card account will be credited with the refund. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

What Are The Preferred Modes Of Payment?

The preferred modes of payment are by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) and by money order.

If you make or reschedule your test appointment online, by phone, or by fax (where applicable), you may pay using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If your credit card is declined, your GMAT appointment will automatically be canceled. Upon being notified of the cancellation, it will be your responsibility to reschedule your test appointment using a valid form of payment.

All checks or money orders must include the correct numeric and written fee amount, have appropriate signature(s), and be made payable to ETS-GMAT. Postdated checks will not be accepted.

If the payment given is less than the U.S. dollar equivalent of the test fee or otherwise does not comply with the requirements above or other standard banking practices, your registration or request for service will not be processed and your payment will be returned. Cash will not be accepted.

When Is The Test Fee Due?

The Educational Testing Service (ETS) or the Regional Registration Center must receive full payment within 90 days of the date on the payment (e.g. on the cheque or money order).
