Area and Perimeter of Rectangles Worksheets (I)




 

Objective: I know how to calculate the area and perimeter of rectangles.

The perimeter of a rectangle is the sum of the lengths of the sides of the rectangle. The formula is
P = 2l + 2w

Area measures the size of a surface. It is measured in square units, The area of a rectangle is given by the formula
A = lw
